The loop

How the 7-day protocol works

Start with a private Day-0 report, then lock daily proof frames under the same conditions. The Day-7 report is the payoff; duels are social accountability, never a ranking or diagnosis.

  1. Step 01

    Lock your Day-0 report

You take one selfie. NextFace turns it into a private Day-0 report: what the read noticed, what can change, and the 7-day plan. It is the reference point, not a verdict.

  2. Step 02

    Run the daily protocol mission

Each morning you lock one proof frame in the same window, light, and framing. That control matters more than pretending a single selfie is a precise meter.

  3. Step 03

    Challenge a friend

Send a private Face Duel with a relationship framing — gym buddy, partner, group chat. When your friend finishes their own read, you both see a playful, low-stakes comparison. It is a dare, not a verdict.

  4. Step 04

A week of check-ins, one comeback

Each morning you can lock a quick check-in, and Burr’s state moves with your read. Your week builds into a strip of side-by-side days — a record kept private to you. The stretch where a rough night pulled Burr through, and the days your habits pulled it back, becomes one arc you can watch. No day-over-day numbers, no trend claims.

  5. Step 05

    The Day-7 rematch

A week later, the duel resolves the way it was always meant to: not who looked better on day one, but who moved most against their own Day 0. The win is improvement, measured against yourself.

    What a finished duel unlocks

The weekly review is where the loop pays off: seven days in, the rough day and the comeback read as one arc, measured against your own Day 0 — the part worth keeping.

Start with your Day-0 report. Everything else builds from controlled proof frames.
